According to the country on 2023 New Year's Day Spring Festival holiday time specific arrangements, combined with the actual situation of my company, the holiday time and notice is as follows:

First, New Year's Day holiday time is:

Office: December 31 (Saturday) to January 1 (Sunday), a total of 2 days

(January 1 for New Year's Day holiday, January 1 week off and December 31 switch) January 2 normal work;

Production and branch: January 1st (Sunday), a total of 1 day

Two, the Spring Festival holiday time is:

A total of 12 days from Tuesday, January 17 to Saturday, January 28

(January 21 to 23 is the legal holiday of the Spring Festival, office staff: January 7, 21, 22, 29 weeks off and 17 -20 respectively), January 7, 29 normal work;

Note: The staff of production department and branch can arrange their own staffs to take off according to the actual situation of production;

Iii. Duty Arrangement during the holiday:

1. On New Year's Day and Spring Festival, the company will not arrange other departments to be on duty except the staff on duty.

2. If each department needs to work overtime due to work, please report to the superior for approval in advance, and human resources Administrative Department will file and execute.

Iv. Precautions:

1, during the holiday, the head of each department to do a good job of the department's pre-holiday work arrangement, and check the relevant facilities, equipment, fire prevention, waterproof, anti-theft work, do a good job of safety prevention;

2. During the holiday, try not to go to crowded and high-risk areas, be sure to wear masks, wash hands frequently, and do a good job in epidemic prevention;

3, during the holiday, please take good care of personal property, pay attention to personal safety, improve the awareness of anti-theft, anti-robbery, anti-fraud.

4. Heads of all departments shall keep mobile phones unblocked for timely contact; If there is an emergency, report it in time and deal with it properly.
