According to the specific arrangement of the National Day holiday time of the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2023, combined with the actual situation of our company, the holiday time and precautions are notified as follows:

First, the office holiday time is:

September 29 (Friday) to October 4 (Wednesday), a total of 6 days

Second, the production holiday time is:

September 29 (Friday) to October 3 (Tuesday), a total of 5 days

Note: The personnel of production department can be flexibly arranged according to the actual situation of production.

Third, duty arrangement during the holiday:

1, September 29, October 1 to 3, except for the staff on duty, other departments will not arrange duty.

2.  If each department needs to work overtime due to work, please report to the superior for approval in advance and then file with the Human Resources Administration Department for implementation.

Iv. Precautions:

1, During the holiday, the head of each department to do the department's pre-holiday work arrangements, and check the relevant facilities and equipment, do a good job of fire prevention, waterproof, anti-theft work, do a good job of security;

2, please take good care of personal belongings during the holiday, pay attention to personal safety, improve the awareness of anti-theft, anti-robbery, anti-fraud.

3.  The head of each department should keep the mobile phone unblocked for timely contact;  If there is an emergency, report it in time and handle it properly.
