2.     Function description:

1)    Memory of SLE4428 is1Kbytes, space 0~1023

2)    Besides password, all the data can be read under any circumstances, password can be read after being proved.

3)    All the data including password can be written or changed after being proved.

4)    All the data can be write protected according to byte, data solidification after write protect, cannot be changed under any circumstances.

5)    There’s an incorrect password calculator. The address is 1021, initial value is 8, 1 will be less if the password is proved wrong for 1 time. If the value of calculator is 0, the card will be locked, which means the data can be read only, cannot be written,changed or continue to prove the password; if it is not 0, it can go back to initial value as long as the password is proved right just for once.

6)    The length of the password is 2bytes, the addresses are 1022, 1023. There are 216 combinations, it will be 00 and cannot be written and changed if the addresses are read before password is proved, after it’s proved, it can be read and changed, and it will be valid until the battery is out.

7)    The only code. The address 21-26 is the code of the card, which is the global unique code for user that can maximum guarantee the interests of user, it cannot be written or changed after it’s solidified written.

8)    Address 0-7, 21-26 have been solidified by manufacturer before release, cannot be changed.
